Lydiate Learning Trust

About
Lydiate Learning Trust
Lydiate Learning Trust is a multi-academy trust based in the North West of England that provides school-led teacher training and professional development for educators. Through its Associated Merseyside Partnership School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (AMP SCITT), the Trust delivers postgraduate initial teacher training across a wide partnership of primary and secondary schools and colleges in the Liverpool City Region and hubs in Greater Manchester and Cheshire. AMP SCITT offers school-based routes including a Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship for staff already employed in schools, where trainees are salaried, learn on the job and may have their training funded via the Apprenticeship Levy; employing schools may also be able to access subject-based grant funding. In addition to initial teacher education, Lydiate Learning Trust provides a structured Continuing Professional Development & Learning (CPDL) offer, including in-house professional learning, SEND and safeguarding CPDL, and early career teacher CPDL, supported by networks of experienced practitioners and national leaders in education. The Trust emphasises collaborative practice, research-informed improvement and personalised, career-long learning for all staff, with the overarching aim of engaging, enabling and empowering teachers to deliver high-quality education for children and young people across its schools.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
