About
LBL Skills
LBL Skills is a family-owned training provider delivering apprenticeship programmes and accredited vocational training designed to build confidence, practical capability and career progression. Their apprenticeship offer focuses on housing and property management at Levels 2, 3 and 4, each delivered as a “2‑in‑1” programme that embeds Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualifications within the apprenticeship journey. Learners typically spend time each week, during working hours and on pre‑arranged days, learning, studying and reflecting on subjects such as customer service, tenancy and leasehold management, housing law and policy, performance management, budgeting and leading teams. These programmes support entry-level housing and property management assistants through to senior housing managers, with routes covering management, administration, maintenance, customer service, rental income, antisocial behaviour and service management. LBL Skills delivers training through hands‑on, interactive workshops and personalised guidance, with tailored learning plans and ongoing mentoring to help apprentices and employees apply skills directly in the workplace. In addition to apprenticeships, they provide accredited first aid, manual handling, fire safety, health and safety, moving and handling of people, and a range of professional and housing skills courses, aimed at social housing providers and other employers seeking practical, down‑to‑earth staff development.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
