Lite Ltd is a specialist apprenticeship training provider for the animal care industry, established in 1985 and based in the UK. The organisation focuses on delivering high-quality apprenticeship training with high achievement rates and strong learner and employer satisfaction, supported by experienced staff who have worked in boarding kennels, dog grooming and veterinary practices. Lite Ltd offers apprenticeships in veterinary nursing, animal care and welfare, and related animal care pathways, combining workplace practice with structured off‑the‑job training and classroom delivery. Apprentices are typically employed for at least 30 hours per week and benefit from fully equipped classrooms with interactive displays, assessment systems and a range of training aids designed to support different learning styles. Lite Ltd provides additional learning support where needed, including extra revision sessions and mental health awareness/support. The provider operates a Virtual Learning Environment to give learners access to course resources, forums, assignment submission and ongoing guidance, and is an approved Vet-Skills centre registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons as a Veterinary Nursing Assessment Centre, as well as an accredited school of Veterinary Nursing with ACOVENE.
