Lincoln College

About
Lincoln College
Lincoln College is part of the Lincoln College Group, encompassing Lincoln and Newark colleges, and delivers technical training courses, apprenticeships, T Levels, A Levels, higher education degrees and commercial training to around 12,000 students and apprentices each year. Its apprenticeship provision combines paid employment with at least six hours per week of off‑the‑job training delivered either in the workplace or at college, leading to nationally recognised qualifications at Levels 2–6. Apprenticeships are offered across a wide range of sectors, including disciplines such as engineering, business, construction, childcare, automotive, catering and more, with dedicated information, advice and guidance available for prospective apprentices and employers. The college supports employers through a Business Development Team that helps design and deliver apprenticeship solutions aligned to workforce needs, and provides guidance on funding and the recruitment of apprentices. In addition to apprenticeships, Lincoln College offers full‑time and part‑time study options, higher apprenticeships through its University Centre, and commercial training for organisations, alongside international technical training operations delivered through the wider Lincoln College Group.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
