About
Impact Multi Academy Trust
Impact Multi Academy Trust (IMAT) is a multi‑academy trust based in the London Borough of Bromley, bringing together primary and secondary schools to provide education for children and young people aged 4–18. The Trust was formed in September 2022 when the former Impact Multi‑Academy Trust (two secondary schools) joined with Langley Park Learning Trust (two secondary schools and three primary schools), and now comprises eight schools, including Clare House Primary School, Hawes Down Primary School, Langley Park Primary School, Hayes School, Langley Park School for Boys, Langley Park School for Girls, Ravens Wood School and Darrick Wood School. IMAT states that it has high aspirations for all pupils and staff and focuses on educating the whole child through a broad, balanced and rich curriculum complemented by extensive extra‑curricular opportunities, with particular strengths in music and sport. The Trust emphasises collaboration across its family of schools to enhance educational excellence, staff professional development and the sharing of expertise and resources, aiming to increase opportunities and outcomes for both students and employees. Employers engaging with IMAT schools can expect a focus on academic quality, personal development and strong governance across the Trust’s settings.
