Throughout the partnership, the organisation has enrolled staff on a variety of programmes, which comprise:
Data Analyst
Digital Marketer
Infrastructure Technician
Associate Project Manager
Information Systems Business Analyst.
The experience has been positive from the employer's perspective because the provider has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality training that aligns with the origination's values, standards, and workforce development. The communication, including meetings, discussion, and ongoing support, has been seamless, and this support the impact and benefits of the apprenticeship.
Learners' perspective: Feedback from the employees has been encouraging and positive. The learners appreciated the course content, structure of the programme and the quality of teaching. The learners also highlighted the support provided by the mentors and supervisors. Working whilst studying meant that they were able to learn and apply the new knowledge and skills immediately. The course using the apprenticeship model meant that the tripartite meetings with the provider identified and addressed the immediate gaps in knowledge with a learning plan.
As an employer, the ROI has been significant in equipping the employees with the knowledge and skills needed in their roles, thereby increasing performance and productivity. These development opportunities contribute to the organisation's objectives and strategies in having a skilled, well-equipped, and productive workforce.
