JTL is one of the largest work-based learning providers in England and Wales, specialising in apprenticeships and training for the building services engineering sector. From its network of 14 dedicated training centres and partnerships with around 75 colleges, JTL delivers electrical, plumbing and domestic heating apprenticeships designed to meet current and emerging industry skills needs. Its offer includes Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeships (including a Wales-specific route), Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician apprenticeships, and one of the country’s only gold-standard green apprenticeships, alongside functional skills and short CPD courses. JTL works with more than 3,800 employers, from large corporations to small local businesses, supporting over 8,000 learners into lifelong, rewarding careers. With over 30 years’ experience, JTL provides first-class facilities, highly qualified staff and a comprehensive service for employers, including guidance on taking on apprentices and accessing funding.
