The JGA Group

The JGA Group is a family-owned apprenticeship, training and career management organisation whose provision was judged “Outstanding” by Ofsted in 2025. It delivers practitioner-led programmes for both large household-name employers and smaller specialist organisations, with achievement and satisfaction rates reported as well above industry norms. JGA offers a broad portfolio of apprenticeships across marketing, communications, sales and bids, business transformation, content and creative, crowd management, film and TV, and adult care, with niche standards in areas such as communications and public sector professions. Apprenticeships typically last 15–24 months and are designed to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours through remote delivery using live online seminars, one‑to‑one coaching, and workplace development plans. Alongside apprenticeships, JGA provides care and health courses, careers and employability support, skills bootcamps, creative and events programmes, and a 16–18 study programme to help younger learners build confidence and employability. Its services are aimed at employers seeking to upskill their workforce and individuals looking to develop their careers through structured, work‑based learning.
