About
JACE Training
JACE Training is an independent training provider with over 40 years’ experience supporting learners and employers through vocational education and apprenticeships. It offers apprenticeships and pre‑apprenticeship programmes in childcare, playwork, surveying, business, teaching assistant, youth work and sport, alongside sector‑essential professional development courses for those looking to gain new qualifications or upskill in their current role. Apprenticeships are described as paid employment combined with a recognised and accredited programme of learning, with minimum durations from 18 months and delivery through small class sizes, tutor support and a mix of classroom and online learning. JACE delivers programmes from centres in Wallington and Crawley, across London and the South East, and also via blended learning nationwide. Provision includes education and pre‑apprenticeship programmes for 16–18 year‑olds considering an apprenticeship pathway, as well as study programmes that can include personal development and functional skills where required. JACE works directly with employers as both a training provider and an employer of apprentices, offering guidance on using the government Apprenticeship Service, setting up and managing apprenticeships, and providing free Training Needs Analysis sessions to identify workforce development opportunities. Their learner‑focused, flexible approach is positioned to support both individual career progression and business skills needs.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
