Introtrain

Introtrain & Forum Limited (IFL) is an Oxfordshire-based training provider offering apprenticeship and vocational training primarily in the hair and beauty and related service sectors. From its purpose-built training centre in The Kidlington Centre, IFL delivers flexible programmes that combine classroom theory with practical training in a fully equipped salon, or open-learning packages delivered in the workplace for employers who prefer on-site provision. Apprenticeships are available in hairdressing and barbering at Level 2 and Level 3, as well as Beauty Therapist apprenticeships at Levels 2 and 3, all leading to end-point assessment. In addition, IFL delivers apprenticeships in Customer Service (Practitioner Level 2 and Specialist Level 3) and Business Administrator Level 3, designed to provide transferable skills across sectors. The provider also offers privately funded hairdressing and barbering, Education & Training, and TAQA (teaching and assessing) qualifications, provided a sponsor employer can support practical skills and work experience. IFL emphasises one-to-one support, monthly workplace visits or centre-based attendance, and the use of an e-portfolio so employers can monitor learner progress. Their approach includes support for employers with recruitment, funding information, and compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and PREVENT requirements.
