About
Realise
Realise is a longstanding work-based learning and training provider that has been delivering training for over 35 years, originating in Sheffield and now operating as an independent training business following a management buyout in October 2020.
As one of the largest providers of apprenticeships and adult education programmes in England, Realise supports over 18,000 learners each year through a network of around 500 trainers with sector-specific expertise across multiple industries.
The organisation designs and delivers government-regulated apprenticeship programmes and adult learning courses that are tailored to the needs of employers and learners, with curricula shaped by trainer insight and co-designed with larger employers to meet specific workforce goals.
Realise offers programmes across early years and education, health and social care, business solutions, transport, and the public sector, and also provides accredited qualifications alongside English, maths, digital and employability courses.
Training is typically funded via the Apprenticeship Service, with options for levy-paying employers and co-investment support for smaller organisations, and learners are not required to contribute financially to apprenticeship training.
Realise emphasises long-term partnerships, consistency and reliability, positioning itself as a people-centred provider that focuses on understanding employer priorities, giving unbiased advice and helping both organisations and individuals to thrive through skills development.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
