About
Hull College
Hull College is a further and higher education provider offering a broad range of technical and professional training pathways, including apprenticeships, for learners aged 16 and over. The college focuses on creating careers rather than simply delivering courses, aiming to equip learners with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to start or progress in work or move on to university or degree-level study. Apprenticeships at Hull College are delivered in partnership with local and national employers, combining paid employment with at least 20% off-the-job classroom-based learning and leading to nationally recognised qualifications. Programmes cover multiple industries and levels, from intermediate through to higher and degree-level apprenticeships, and are open to new entrants, existing staff looking to upskill, and adults changing careers. Alongside apprenticeships, Hull College delivers full-time and part-time courses from entry level up to higher education across subject areas such as construction, engineering, health and social care, business, digital, catering, hair and beauty, and more. Teaching is delivered by specialist tutors with industry experience and supported by dedicated facilities on campus. The college also offers adult skills, flexible learning and careers advice to support progression and workforce development.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
