HTP Apprenticeship College is a specialist vocational training provider offering apprenticeship and full-time study programmes across the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and the wider South of England. The college delivers apprenticeships in areas including business administration, customer service, professional cookery, hospitality and tourism, health and social care, childcare and education, human resources, management, healthcare and teaching, learning and assessment, with programmes available from intermediate (Level 2) to higher (Levels 4–5). Apprenticeships are built around real jobs with paid employment, combining on-the-job experience with structured off-the-job training delivered in the workplace or at an HTP campus. For young people on the Isle of Wight, HTP also provides full-time, on-campus vocational courses for 16–18-year-olds in subjects such as business administration, childcare and education, professional cookery, health and social care, horse care and riding, nail technology and sport and fitness instructing. In addition, the provider offers pre-apprenticeship routes and sector-focused Skills Bootcamps, including programmes linked to NHS and hospitality careers. HTP emphasises smaller group sizes, flexible start dates, tailored learning plans and industry-experienced tutors, aiming to meet the needs of both employers and learners through high-quality training, advice and careers support throughout the learning journey.
