We chose Next Level as our training provider as we were looking for a provider (for NVQ2 in Customer Service) who could provide the support our apprentices need. We are an employment charity and the apprentices we employ have a range of challenges including but not limited to, lack of work experience, disability, poor qualifications etc. Consequently, they do not respond well to large classroom environments, so Next Level deliver on a one to one basis both for Functional Skills and NVQ coursework. This allows our apprentices to learn at their own pace and are able to build a rapport with the trainers. Our apprenticeships are very much a partnership between ourselves and Next Level with a clear focus on the individual, our apprentices typically do not stay with us beyond the end of their apprenticeship as the apprenticeship with us is the start of their employment journey.
