CATCH

About
CATCH
CATCH is an industry-led training organisation based in Stallingborough, Grimsby, specialising in apprenticeships and skills development for the process, engineering, energy and related manufacturing sectors. Through CATCH Apprenticeships, it delivers employer-focused programmes in process operations and engineering maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process operations, welding, pipefitting and plater specialisms. The organisation works with over 300 employers across the Yorkshire and Humber region, including companies in chemicals, oil and gas, cosmetics, food and drink, energy and pharmaceuticals, to align apprenticeship delivery directly with industry requirements and workforce needs. Apprentices train at CATCH’s facility at Redwood Park Estate, which includes engineering workshops, classrooms and the National Centre for Process & Manufacturing – a live process operations training plant with control room, simulator suite, tank farm and full process facility – as well as a dedicated Welding and Pipefitting Hub. In addition to apprenticeships, CATCH offers a portfolio of short courses and technical training through its CATCH Skills brand, including mechanical, electrical, process, health and safety, personal development, confined spaces and risk management courses, supporting both new entrants and existing employees to upskill or reskill for industrial roles. Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
