Hartpury University and Hartpury College, based on a 360-hectare specialist campus in Gloucestershire, deliver further and higher education with a strong focus on applied learning and industry engagement. For apprenticeships, Hartpury College offers two agriculture-focused programmes: the Level 2 General Farmworker Apprenticeship and the Level 3 Crop Technician Apprenticeship, delivered on a day-release basis so apprentices can learn in the workplace while attending college one day per week. These apprenticeships are designed around real farm operations, with training tailored to the apprentice’s farm and role, and assessment taking place both on-campus and in the workplace. Hartpury highlights its Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating across all curriculum-related provision, including apprenticeships, and promotes strong links with employers who return year after year to recruit or upskill staff. Beyond apprenticeships, Hartpury College provides A-levels, T Levels, vocational diplomas and Access to HE, while Hartpury University offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research opportunities across animal, agriculture, equine, sport and veterinary subjects, supported by world-class facilities and high graduate employability.
