Halls of Ivy

Halls of Ivy is a specialist hair and beauty academy offering apprenticeship training and vocational courses across hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, makeup artistry, aesthetics and education. As a direct apprenticeship provider, they work with salons in Essex and London to deliver hair, beauty and barbering apprenticeships that combine employment in a commercial salon with one day per week at their Romford, Chelmsford or Benfleet training academies. Programmes include Level 2 Hair Professional, Level 2 Barber Professional, Level 3 Advanced Hair Professional, Level 2 Beauty Therapist and Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapist, allowing apprentices to gain NVQ and industry-standard qualifications while developing workplace skills. Halls of Ivy also offers funded options for 16–24s not in education or employment and partners with other organisations to support over-19s to achieve industry qualifications from Level 3 to Level 4, including nail technology, makeup artistry, advanced beauty, hairdressing, barbering and education.
