Group Horizon is a national training provider, founded in 2008, that delivers apprenticeship and workforce development programmes for employers and individuals across a range of sectors. The organisation offers Apprenticeships, Functional Skills and Workforce Development Programmes, underpinned by fully accredited qualifications delivered by specialist assessors with industry experience. Their apprenticeships are designed for both new recruits and existing employees, helping organisations meet skills demands, maintain efficiency and competitiveness, and support talent development and succession planning. Group Horizon provides tailored workforce training for employees at all levels, from new starters to senior managers, taking an employer-centric approach that focuses on understanding business needs and aligning training to organisational goals.
