Greendale Construction is a Chartered Building Company established in Poole, Dorset, in 1990, delivering construction projects primarily across central southern England. The company undertakes all aspects of construction work, including new-build, refurbishment, conservation, repairs, maintenance, special works and interior fit-out, with particular expertise in refurbishment and fit out projects within live commercial environments. Greendale directly employs a 55-strong, multi-trade labour force and manages each project with a qualified Site Manager supported by contract or surveying management, underpinned by core values of professionalism, excellence, teamwork, respect and integrity. Apprenticeships and staff development are a significant part of Greendale’s offer: the business maintains strong links with local schools, colleges and universities to provide work placements, careers talks and work experience, and operates a highly utilised apprenticeship scheme to bring young people into construction trades.
