GLAS Business Solutions Limited is an independent apprenticeship training provider specialising in business improvement, management, manufacturing and engineering. According to the Department for Education’s Find Apprenticeship Training service, they deliver a portfolio of apprenticeship standards including Improvement Technician (level 3), Improvement Practitioner (level 4), Improvement Specialist (level 5), Lean Manufacturing Operative (level 2), Procurement and Supply Chain Practitioner (level 4), Supply Chain Practitioner (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) (level 3), Supply Chain Warehouse Operative (level 2) and Team Leader (level 3). Their programmes are delivered at employers’ workplaces across England and are designed to benefit individual apprentices while providing tangible performance improvements for employers. GLAS Business Solutions state that they work with customers from SMEs to multinationals across manufacturing, engineering, logistics and service sectors, and that they are SC21 assessors and accredited training providers. They highlight strong feedback from apprentices and employers on course completion, with many learners progressing in their careers or on to further training. Ofsted inspects GLAS Business Solutions as an independent learning provider and judged their overall provision, including apprenticeships, as ‘Good’ at their full inspection in July 2021.
