Franhen Consultancy

Franhen Consultancy Ltd is a Birmingham-based training and consultancy provider focused primarily on the health and social care sector. The organisation delivers a range of vocational qualifications, including the Level 2 Diploma in Care, Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, and the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services, alongside other vocational, short courses and mandatory training. They also provide Functional Skills qualifications at Level 1 and 2 in English and Mathematics. Franhen Consultancy is an approved centre with NCFE CACHE and works in partnership with employers in the social care sector across Birmingham, Worcester, Coventry, Luton and London to support and deliver staff training needs. Training and assessment are carried out by experienced and qualified trainers and assessors, with all assessments quality assured by a qualified IQA to meet Ofqual and awarding body requirements. The organisation aims to build the capacity of staff and workers in health and social care and to equip individuals with underpinning English and maths skills for work and everyday life, having trained over 500 people across various courses.
