FG Apprenticeships is the training subsidiary of Francesco Hair Salon, a nationally recognised hairdressing brand. As one of the UK’s leading private hairdressing training providers, they draw on over 50 years of salon experience and more than 35 years of training delivery to support new and existing stylists. FG Apprenticeships is a City & Guilds and VTCT approved training centre and trains over 200 hairdressing apprentices each year. Training is work-based in reputable commercial salons, complemented by structured sessions at Francesco Hair Salon’s three Academies of Excellence in Birmingham, Poole and Stafford. Programmes include Hair Professional and Advanced & Creative Hair Professional Apprenticeships, alongside advanced cutting, colouring and other technical hairdressing courses. Their provision is designed both for employers seeking a high-quality apprenticeship partner and for individuals starting or progressing a hairdressing career. Apprentices gain not only technical and creative hairdressing skills but also commercial awareness, helping them become valuable contributors to salon businesses.
