FCMS (NW) LIMITED is a social enterprise that provides primary and urgent care services on behalf of the NHS and delivers apprenticeship training linked to this work. Their services include emergency contact handling through 111 and 0300 numbers, alongside a range of other care services for local communities. Their dedicated Training Team focuses on designing apprenticeship programmes that align with employer needs and support workforce development in frontline care and contact-handling roles. FCMS is developing a growing track record in training and education across Blackpool, Lancashire and parts of Yorkshire, using its operational expertise to inform practical, work-based learning for apprentices in customer service, emergency contact handling and team leadership contexts.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
