Exceed Academies Trust

About
Exceed Academies Trust
Exceed Academies Trust is a Bradford-based multi-academy trust that also operates Exceed SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training) and serves as an approved Apprenticeship Training Provider. Through Exceed SCITT, the trust delivers primary focused teacher training, including teaching apprenticeships, with hubs in Leeds and Bradford that train around 50 primary school teachers each year. Its teaching apprenticeship route is designed for employees already working in the primary sector, enabling schools that pay into the apprenticeship levy to develop staff while they continue in paid employment; course fees are met via the Apprenticeship Levy, making it a cost-effective option for schools. The trust works in collaboration with Leeds City Council and supports teaching apprentices working across Bradford, Keighley, Kirklees and Calderdale. Alongside apprenticeships, Exceed Academies Trust, via its teaching school and SCITT, offers broader professional development and school improvement activity focused on building leadership capacity, raising standards and ensuring consistent, sustainable practice across its partnership of schools. The organisation has been recognised with the Valued Worker Scheme Employer’s Mark, reflecting a commitment to fair and equitable treatment of staff.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
