Eliesha Training

Eliesha is an experienced training provider and learning and development consultancy, established in 2001 and specialising in leadership and management development. It works with a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations in the UK and internationally to design and deliver tailored learning interventions, from one-off virtual workshops to comprehensive leadership development programmes delivered face to face, online or via distance learning. As a long-term Approved Centre with ILM and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Eliesha delivers accredited Management & Leadership and Coaching & Mentoring qualifications from Levels 2 to 7. The organisation also delivers Level 3 and Level 5 Management & Leadership Apprenticeships, enabling employers to use Apprenticeship Levy or non‑Levy funding to access structured leadership development for their staff. In addition to apprenticeships and accredited programmes, Eliesha offers online microlearning (pearls of wisdom® and digital toolkits), one-to-one and executive coaching, assessment and development centres, and targeted skills support in areas such as equality, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and coaching‑style leadership. Its large associate network of trainers, coaches and L&D consultants supports UK‑wide and international delivery, underpinned by quality and information security certifications and a focus on measurable learning impact and return on investment.
