About
Electric Mayonnaise
Electric Mayonnaise is a hospitality-focused learning and development partner that designs and delivers apprenticeship and training solutions for progressive hospitality businesses. Established in 2017 to bridge the gap between education, training and the realities of hospitality work, the organisation acts as an embedded L&D resource, helping employers plan, structure and deliver development across their operation. Its core apprenticeship offer includes the Future Leaders Programme, a registered Level 4 Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management that is up to 100% government funded. This 18‑month programme is aimed at junior managers and future leaders, with bespoke delivery aligned to each employer’s business. It combines group workshops, online learning, mentor meetings, work‑based projects and line manager skills sharing to develop commercial, people and operational capabilities. Electric Mayonnaise also offers a chef‑led Craft Development Programme, a 12‑month apprenticeship for commis and chef de partie level chefs focused on core cooking foundations, menu and dish development, due diligence and compliance. Beyond apprenticeships, the organisation delivers consultancy and L&D support such as change management, structure and responsibility implementation, and culture development, as well as an accredited four‑day ‘Into Hospitality’ outreach programme that introduces new entrants to hospitality skills and links them with independent restaurant partners for potential employment. Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
