EKC Group
EKC Group, also referred to as East Kent Colleges Group, is a family of six community-based colleges and nine training centres delivering further education, higher education and skills training across East Kent. Through EKC Training, the Group provides apprenticeships and adult training via local colleges, specialist training centres, online delivery and in the workplace, with programmes designed to develop skills and improve career prospects for both new entrants and existing staff. Apprenticeships are offered as paid roles that combine work with training, giving learners industry experience while they study, and are supported by information tailored for both apprentices and employers. EKC Training’s offer spans Business, Finance and Travel, Construction and the Built Environment, Education and Early Years, Engineering, Manufacturing and Automotive, English, Maths and ICT, ESOL, Health, Care and Science, and Plumbing and Electrical, alongside sector-specific ‘Get Into’ courses focused on job-readiness.
