Eden Training Solutions

Eden Training Solutions is a dedicated apprenticeship and training provider specialising in early years, childcare and business apprenticeships across England. Established in 2008 and based in Normanton, they work in partnership with employers to help staff upskill and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to excel in their roles. Eden offers a structured portfolio of Early Years apprenticeships, including Early Years Practitioner (Level 2), Early Years Educator (Level 3), Early Years Lead Practitioner (Level 5), and Teaching Assistant (Level 3), all designed to combine workplace learning with nationally recognised qualifications. For employers, Eden designs bespoke apprenticeship programmes that are engaging, empowering and aligned to workforce needs, supported by a dedicated Career Connect team and regular skills‑coach contact. In addition to apprenticeships, Eden provides free short courses for their apprentices, such as the Child’s Developing Mind and SENCo, plus a suite of online bite‑sized CPD courses covering topics like safeguarding, mental health, equality and diversity, GDPR, cyber security and risk assessment. Eden is Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) and positions its provision around core values of integrity, excellence, accountability and teamwork, aiming to help people reach their potential and support high‑quality early years and school settings.
