Kingdom operates The Kingdom Group Training Academy, a national training provider that delivers apprenticeships, government-funded programmes and commercial courses for employers across sectors such as local authorities, social housing, charities, private companies, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, e‑commerce, manufacturing, food production, and retail. Through Kingdom Academy, they offer tailored in‑person and virtual training with progression routes, focusing on measurable results and aligning programmes with each organisation’s culture, vision and values. Their apprenticeship and government-funded offer supports employers to maximise Apprenticeship Levy use, including advice on gifted funds, and provides funded programmes with embedded, recognised qualifications in areas such as operations management, team leading, coaching, and housing and property management. Kingdom Academy has over 15 years’ experience, is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, holds Matrix accreditation and other recognised quality standards, and reports achievement rates around 20% higher than national averages, 95% timely completions and a 100% first‑time pass rate for end‑point assessments. Alongside apprenticeships, they deliver accredited and non‑accredited commercial training, including leadership, resilience and sector‑specific housing programmes from Level 2 to Level 5, often in partnership with awarding bodies such as CMI, ILM and City & Guilds. Training is delivered by sector‑specialist trainers and can be co‑designed to address specific organisational challenges.
