Dentrain Professionals is a specialist training provider with over 30 years’ experience delivering accredited qualifications, particularly in dental nursing. The organisation is a leading independent apprenticeships provider, working with both levy-paying and non-levy-paying employers to offer flexible programmes tailored to workplace needs. Dentrain delivers the Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship, which includes the apprenticeship standard, the National Diploma in Dental Nursing (NEBDN), End Point Assessment, and, where required, English and maths Functional Skills. Apprenticeship delivery is designed to minimise disruption to dental practices, with online live teaching sessions scheduled around practice operations, an online portfolio platform and extensive digital learning resources. Apprentices also have access to a classroom in Dentrain’s Bolton town centre premises for examinations and tutorial support. All tutors and assessors hold teaching, assessing and subject-specific qualifications and undertake continuous professional development to maintain up-to-date practice. Dentrain emphasises high standards of tutoring and learner support, personalised schemes of work, and close collaboration with employers, aiming to support skills development, career progression and a positive learning journey for all apprentices and learners.
