CVP Group is an independent training provider that began as a consultancy supporting the further education sector and has delivered apprenticeships since 2020. The organisation now specialises in professional coaching apprenticeships, organisational coaching and workplace coaching skills development. Its training offer includes industry-recognised, fully funded apprenticeships that provide qualifications for teachers, teaching assistants, leaders and professional coaches at different career stages. CVP Group’s flagship provision includes the Level 5 Professional Coaching apprenticeship, alongside Recruitment training, designed to help organisations embed coaching practice, improve employee engagement and develop confident, reflective leaders. For schools, the provider delivers teacher training programmes covering teaching assistant development, behaviour management, SEND support and pedagogy training, aimed at improving classroom practice, pupil outcomes and staff retention. Apprentices and learners are supported through role-relevant training, functional skills provision where needed, and one‑to‑one coaching, with a stated focus on accessibility, resilience and mindset.
