About
Cirencester College
Cirencester College is a further education and sixth form college that delivers a broad apprenticeship offer alongside its wider post‑16 and adult learning provision. Through its dedicated Apprenticeships team, the College works with employers to design and deliver apprenticeship programmes that blend on‑ and off‑the‑job training, helping apprentices gain industry-recognised skills, knowledge and behaviours while meeting national occupational standards. Apprenticeships are offered across a growing range of sectors including Digital and IT, Business Support, Marketing and Media, Customer Service, Teaching and Learning, and Archaeology, with programmes delivered from Level 2 through to higher levels. For employers, the College provides end‑to‑end support: advising on funding and levy reforms, helping to identify skills gaps, managing vacancy advertising, and supporting recruitment and ongoing progress reviews. Cirencester College also offers a wide choice of 16–19 study programmes such as A‑levels, T‑levels and vocational courses, as well as adult education and leisure courses, allowing businesses and individuals to access flexible upskilling routes at different career stages. The College emphasises partnership with local and regional employers and promotes apprenticeships both for new recruits and as part of continuing professional development for existing staff.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
