Chiltern Learning Trust

About
Chiltern Learning Trust
Chiltern Learning Trust is a value-driven multi-academy trust comprising 18 schools across Bedfordshire and Luton, with a strong focus on staff development and professional learning. Through the Chiltern Training Group (CTG) and the Chiltern Teaching School Hub (CTSH), the Trust provides structured training and career-long development for teachers and education professionals. CTG delivers school-centred initial teacher training, described as ‘outstanding’, supporting new entrants into the profession. CTSH operates as a Department for Education Centre for Excellence, offering training and support across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and East and North Hertfordshire, including initial teacher training, Early Career Framework (ECF) provision, Appropriate Body services, National Professional Qualifications (NPQs), and wider continuing professional and leadership development. The Chiltern Teaching School also offers behaviour and attendance hubs, succession planning and talent management support, school-to-school support and expertise sharing, and an online professional learning community via its YouTube channel. These services are available both within the Trust and to educators nationally, aiming to recruit, develop and retain high-quality practitioners and to support school improvement across the region.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
