Future Talent Learning

Future Talent Learning is a UK-based main apprenticeship training provider specialising in leadership and management development. Through its reimagined Management Apprenticeship programmes, it offers 14–16 month, levy-funded leadership and management apprenticeships for emerging and experienced leaders, mapped to Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager standards, with programmes described as a ‘mini‑MBA’. These programmes combine a multimedia curriculum of curated videos, podcasts and short-form articles, regular digital learning events and simulations, and one-to-one coaching to embed practical skills and behavioural change over time. Learning is delivered via the Aptem learning management system, where apprentices complete assignments, build e‑portfolios and receive feedback. The approach emphasises experiential, immersive learning, role-plays, real-world tasks and gamified simulations to develop human‑centred skills, agility and commercial capability. Future Talent Learning’s programmes are approved by The Institute of Leadership, and learners also gain the Microsoft AI Fundamentals Certificate as part of the course. For eligible learners in England, apprenticeships are fully fundable via the Apprenticeship Levy, with co‑investment options and commercial delivery available, including global rollout and delivery in Spanish. In addition to apprenticeships, Future Talent Learning offers modular “Missions” – monthly learning sprints focused on in‑demand human skills – and runs events and thought‑leadership content aimed at helping organisations build skills-based, future-ready workforces.
