CareShield is a specialist health and social care training provider focused on developing the skills of care staff in the UK and internationally. The organisation offers Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Care and Adult Care, designed for new entrants, frontline care workers, and more experienced staff in supervisory or team leader roles. Programmes are delivered fully online via the Myrus learner platform, with flexible, self‑paced study that typically takes 6–12 months to complete and is designed to fit around work commitments. Learning is work‑based, with practical skills assessed in the workplace by CareShield coaches, and no requirement for prior maths or English qualifications for diploma enrolment.
