Brathay

About
Brathay
Brathay is a UK youth charity that also works directly with employers and universities to develop early career talent through experiential learning. Its Early Careers & Apprenticeship Programmes are designed for apprentices, graduates and higher education students, combining challenging activities with facilitated reflection to help participants think differently and adapt to change. The organisation emphasises empowering young professionals to lead their own learning and apply their experiences back in the workplace, with a focus on building collaborative team members and influential future leaders. Drawing on more than 75 years of people-development expertise, Brathay co-designs programmes with employers to align with organisational needs and support the transition from education into work. Alongside this, Brathay offers broader leadership and management development for organisations, using indoor and outdoor experiential methods at its Lake District centre to enhance leadership capability, teamwork, wellbeing and performance across all levels of a business.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
