Bauer Academy

Bauer Academy is the dedicated in-house training provider of Bauer Media, delivering government-registered apprenticeships and work-based learning solutions for both Bauer employees and more than 60 external employers. Operating from within one of the world’s largest media businesses, the Academy specialises in apprenticeships across media, digital, content creation, creativity, marketing and leadership, designed to develop entry-level talent and to upskill or reskill employees at all career stages. Its programmes are government-approved, fully funded via the Apprenticeship Levy, and have been recognised by Ofsted as “Outstanding” with a creative and innovative curriculum focused on high-quality skills development and strong learner support. Bauer Academy offers flexible in-person and online delivery with key learning centres in London, Peterborough, Birmingham and Manchester, and provides both open cohorts and bespoke closed cohorts for employers with larger groups. Alongside apprenticeships, it runs the Accelerator enrichment programme, offering additional workshops and online resources on personal and professional skills, wellbeing and career development, and also participates in wider community projects that build future talent pipelines in the media and creative sectors.
