Back2Work Complete Training

Back2Work Complete Training is part of the B2W Group and delivers fully funded pre-employment and short, industry‑accredited training courses across England and the wider UK. Established in 2011, the organisation focuses on helping unemployed local residents and those looking to improve their career prospects by building confidence, gaining qualifications and developing work‑ready skills. Training is offered from Level 1 through to higher level skills at Level 3, with popular programmes covering digital and IT skills, networking and cybersecurity, management, warehousing and express logistics, customer service, construction, health and social care, childcare, hospitality and catering, and specialist areas such as autism and special educational needs. Back2Work Complete Training works in partnership with combined authorities and Job Centres, as well as a wide range of large employers, to align provision with local labour market needs. For employers, they provide tailored recruitment and upskilling solutions, including large‑scale recruitment programmes designed to close skills gaps in contact centres, warehousing, infrastructure, digital and management roles. Their services aim to support both individual progression into sustained employment and employers’ workforce development and recruitment needs.
