B-Skill is a national training provider offering apprenticeship and professional development programmes to employers and individuals across multiple sectors. Through its Apprenticeship Academies, B-Skill delivers work-based learning in areas such as leadership and management, business functions, and youth support work, helping learners develop job-ready skills while supporting employers to enhance workforce capability using Apprenticeship Levy funds. The organisation partners closely with employers to design tailored training solutions that lead to nationally recognised qualifications and support progression for both new recruits and existing staff. In addition to apprenticeships, B-Skill provides online courses, including the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice, as well as a suite of one-day courses such as Microsoft Excel (all levels), PowerPoint with Impact and Presenting with Impact. B-Skill also operates Beauty Academies at multiple locations, offering specialised beauty training.
