OTM Apprenticeships

OTM Apprenticeships (OTMA) is a UK apprenticeship and training provider delivering flexible staff development across leadership, business support and adult care roles. Through its apprenticeship offer, OTMA provides programmes from Level 2 to Level 7, including Senior Leader, Operations Manager, Team Leader, Sales Executive, Business Administrator, Customer Service Practitioner and Specialist, Adult Care Worker, Lead Adult Care Worker and Leader in Adult Care. These apprenticeships are designed to be practical and workplace-focused, helping employers upskill existing staff and develop new talent with skills in areas such as strategic leadership, operations management, customer service and person‑centred care. OTMA highlights tailored support for every learner, business-aligned training linked to employer objectives, and guidance on maximising government apprenticeship funding. In addition to apprenticeships, OTMA delivers fully funded short courses via the UK Adult Skills Fund, in partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority and Learning Curve Group, offering online provision in areas such as digital marketing, coding, team leading, business improvement techniques and business administration. This combination enables both employers and individuals aged 19+ in the WMCA region to access upskilling, retraining and recognised qualifications with flexible delivery and structured support.
