Aspirations Academies Trust is a multi-academy trust operating 16 schools across southern England and providing a structured, future-focused education for learners aged 2 to 18. Through its Aspirations Learning Institute, the Trust delivers a range of professional training routes for current and aspiring education staff, including Initial Teacher Training, apprenticeships and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). The teacher apprentice programme offers a pathway to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), accessible with or without a degree, and is supported by skilled staff, mentoring and a ‘No Limits’ curriculum that emphasises critical thinking, problem solving, communication and other power skills. Training is delivered via further and higher education hubs based in academies in Banbury, Weymouth, West London and Bournemouth, as well as across 16 Aspirations Training Hubs, enabling participants to train close to home while benefiting from high-quality facilities and strong professional networks. Full-time staff are offered 125 hours of annual professional growth, supported by free training and qualifications, to enhance career progression and improve teaching and learning outcomes for students.
