Armonia Limited, trading as Armonia Training Academy, is a government‑approved independent learning provider specialising in apprenticeships for the beauty, spa, wellbeing and holistic therapy sectors. According to the Department for Education’s Find Apprenticeship Training service, Armonia delivers three apprenticeship standards: Beauty therapist (Level 2), Beauty and make up consultant (Level 2), and Wellbeing and holistic therapist (Level 3). Their programmes are industry‑specific and designed to help employers build a skilled talent pipeline while enabling apprentices to gain nationally and internationally recognised qualifications. Armonia emphasises high‑quality, practical work‑based learning; each apprentice and employer is supported by a dedicated Armonia Apprenticeships Educator who plans and monitors training to align with business needs. The academy’s mission is to develop and empower highly skilled ‘thinking therapists’ and sector professionals of the future, ensuring apprentices can perform at commercial salon and spa standards. Apprenticeships combine on‑the‑job learning with structured off‑the‑job training and can be funded via levy or non‑levy routes. Armonia has more than two decades’ experience delivering sector‑based education and holds an overall Ofsted rating of ‘Good’, with ‘Outstanding’ grades in personal development and in behaviours and attitudes, underlining its focus on learner support and employer engagement.
