Approved Training

Approved Training is a specialist education provider focused on building immersive, in-house learning and development programmes for current and future workforces. The organisation works closely with employers to design bespoke apprenticeship delivery models that are tailored to business operations and specific skills needs. Apprenticeship provision is centred on employer-led delivery, with a sympathetic approach to operational requirements and a clear development pathway for learners.

Approved Training offers a range of apprenticeships for the manufacturing, engineering and FMCG sectors. Current apprenticeship standards include Lean Manufacturing Operative (Level 2), Maintenance & Operations Engineering Technician (Level 3), Team Leader (Level 3) and Operations Manager (Level 5). Programmes are designed to engage employees, helping them gain the skills and knowledge needed to progress in their careers while supporting employers to meet their strategic objectives.

In addition to apprenticeship delivery, Approved Training develops custom learning and development programmes aligned to the specific needs of each organisation. The provider also supports learners and employers through a range of policies and guidance, including safeguarding and an apprenticeship learner guide, to help ensure a safe and effective training environment.
