About
ALS Training
ALS Training is a work-based learning provider specialising in apprenticeship and professional development programmes across Wales and the wider UK. Established in 2001, the organisation focuses on apprenticeships in digital, financial and professional services sectors, offering nationally recognised qualifications designed to develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. ALS delivers apprenticeships across 16 different sectors for employers and their employees, supporting learners from those entering work for the first time through to senior managers and executives. The provider works with employers to complete training needs analyses and to identify suitable funding and delivery solutions, including apprenticeship programmes for employers and sector-specific routes in digital services, professional services, financial services, human resources and business services. In addition to apprenticeships, ALS offers professional development and funded courses such as Personal Learning Accounts and part-time further education, and, through its partner ACT within the Cardiff and Vale College Group, can give access to a wide variety of additional programmes including higher apprenticeships and short commercial courses.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
