Alliance Learning is an independent training provider based in Horwich, Bolton, delivering apprenticeships and workforce training across the North West. Their apprenticeship offer covers a range of disciplines including Business Administration, Engineering and Leadership & Management, supporting both new entrants and existing staff to gain industry-recognised skills and qualifications. In addition to apprenticeships, Alliance Learning provides an extensive portfolio of short courses, longer programmes and NVQs designed to meet employer compliance and development needs. These include training in Health & Safety, specialised plant operations, mental health, first aid, engineering and related technical areas. The organisation delivers programmes on-site at its dedicated facilities in Horwich and can also offer onsite training at employer premises. Alliance Learning reports more than 600 learners in active apprenticeship programmes, support for over 3,000 companies, and around 6,000 professionals trained each year, indicating substantial experience in working with employers of varying sizes and sectors.
