About
Agincare
Agincare delivers apprenticeships and wider training through its in-house specialist arm, Agincare Training/Training Now, focusing on health and social care and related business roles. The organisation offers government-funded apprenticeships from level 2 to level 5, including programmes such as Lead Adult Care Worker (Level 3), Lead Practitioner in Adult Care (Level 4) and Leader in Adult Care (Level 5). Apprenticeships are designed on an “earn while you learn” model, combining on-the-job experience with structured off-the-job learning and one‑to‑one support from specialist Teaching and Learning Coaches. Agincare Training is rated Good by Ofsted and endorsed by Skills for Care, and reports high learner satisfaction and outcomes, including a strong proportion of apprentices achieving merit or distinction and high confidence in their roles. In addition to apprenticeships, the provider delivers mandatory and refresher training, short courses, bespoke programmes tailored to employer needs, e‑learning modules, and employability support. Training is available to Agincare’s own workforce and to external health and social care providers, delivered via in‑person sessions, virtual classrooms and online platforms, with options for training at employer sites or in Agincare training centres across England. All apprenticeships are provided by Agincare Group Ltd trading as Training Now.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
