Programmes typically run for 2–3 years, beginning with an intensive five-week Launchpad block that builds core technical and professional skills before apprentices join their teams. Ada’s delivery model combines 80% workplace learning with 20% structured study through a blended mix of in-person, virtual and self-paced learning, using block-release cycles of several weeks at work followed by focused study weeks at Ada. The college partners with employers across London and Manchester to recruit diverse apprentice talent, offers employer-focused curriculum co-designed with industry, and supports apprentices and managers through skills coaches and low‑admin processes aimed at improving completion, retention and progression outcomes for both learners and employers.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
