Achievement Training and Skills (ATS) is an established national training provider specialising in apprenticeships across hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, content creation and business administration. Their team of industry experts has over 20 years’ experience, supporting both employers and learners. ATS delivers structured apprenticeship programmes including Level 2 Hair Professional (hairdressing and barbering), Level 3 Advanced and Creative Hairdressing, Level 2 Beauty Professional (Beauty Therapist), Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapist, Level 3 Business Administration and Level 3 Content Creator. The provider works with a network of over 200 employers and supports more than 250 learners through 30 national sites. Apprenticeship delivery is underpinned by a bespoke cloud-based software platform that manages the full apprenticeship journey, helping employers track progress and ensuring compliance with funding and quality requirements. In addition to apprenticeships, ATS also offers private hairdressing and barbering courses, giving employers and individuals flexible options to upskill staff or develop new entrants to the sector. With dedicated training centres in locations such as Norwich, Brighton and Huddersfield, ATS combines local support with national reach for businesses looking to develop talent in the hair, beauty and related creative industries.
