Achievement Through Collaboration Trust

About
Achievement Through Collaboration Trust
Achievement Through Collaboration (AtC) Trust is a charitable multi‑academy trust comprising strong primary and secondary schools across Blackpool, Blackburn, Wigan and Lancashire. The Trust’s core purpose is to advance education for the public benefit and it places children at the heart of its work, while enabling each school to retain its individuality within a culture of collaboration. AtC operates an accredited Initial Teacher Training (ITT) provision through Kingsbridge Teacher Training / Kingsbridge SCITT, running a network of Teacher Training Hubs across the North West to deliver high‑quality school‑based teacher training programmes. These programmes include routes for trainee teachers and apprentices, with safeguarding, pastoral support and partnership working explicitly extended to trainees who are studying as part of an apprenticeship programme. The Trust also offers wider workforce development through a trust‑wide school improvement and workforce talent management strategy that focuses on staff development and deployment across its family of schools. In February 2025, governance of Kingsbridge EIP SCITT transferred to Achievement Through Collaboration Trust, and the merged organisation offers education, teacher training and apprenticeships, supported by leadership pathways and professional qualifications designed to build a self‑improving school system.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
