ABM Apprenticeships & Training

ABM Apprenticeships & Training is a specialist apprenticeship and learning and development provider focused on personal and career progression from first job roles through to management. They offer apprenticeship programmes at levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 across Adult and Social Care, Education and Early Years, Business, Customer Service and Sales, and Leadership and Management. Apprenticeships combine expert-led CPD-style workshops, interactive online virtual classrooms, forum theatre, one-to-one coaching and e-learning, with additional English and maths support where needed. ABM delivers 14 apprenticeship standards that can be funded through the apprenticeship levy, serving employers and learners primarily across Kent, Sussex and South East London. In addition to apprenticeships, they provide CPD, short courses and e-learning designed for high impact in short, focused sessions, including full and half day face-to-face training, 2–4 hour virtual classrooms and bespoke online learning. Their CPD and e-learning catalogues cover certified health and care CPD, management in health and social care, inspirational leadership, management toolkits and CPD for teaching assistants, giving employers flexible options to upskill staff at different levels.
